Hard Labor

Thank you for your purchase to Hard Labor Virtual Circuit Weekend, and supporting the DJ’s, artists and performers working to entertain us!

In just a few minutes, you’ll receive an email that contains your unique username that must be used in Zoom to get into the party.

Read the below carefully, you need to change your Zoom username BEFORE you enter the party through zoom, see below….

To access the virtual events this weekend through Zoom, you need to use this unique username. If you purchased more than one party or a VIP Weekend Pass, you’ll use the username for all of the parties.

Here is how to use your unique username to access the Zoom parties this weekend:

Before launching Zoom, go into your personal settings and change your first name to the two word username we sent you. Leave the last name blank. This will be the name you’re seen by in the Zoom waiting room and in the party. If you need help doing this, we have a video tutorial on our faq,

Don’t change this unique and anonymous username until the weekend is over or you’re done visiting any of the Hard Labor events – the only way we can confirm your ticket purchase is by matching your username in Zoom with the unique username you’ve been sent.

When you enter the Zoom party (and each time you leave and come back), you’ll be held in our virtual party lobby (a Zoom waiting room). Our moderators will look for your unique username to confirm you have bought a ticket or pass good for the party. Once this is confirmed, we’ll open the door and drop you into the Zoom party with everyone else! Please give us 1 -5 minutes to locate your username and ticket and admit you.

We suggest launching your Zoom client now and getting your name changed to the username early, that way you are ready to simply join the parties when they start this weekend. You can of course change your username back to your name of choice after this weekend or when you’re done attending the Hard Labor events.

IMPORTANT – don’t share or give out your username – it’s unique to your purchase and can only be used to enter the room once. If you give it to someone else and they use it, then the next occurrence of the username won’t be able to get in. Keep it private and use it just for you. You can have as many people at your location in Zoom, but can only join from one location.

That’s it! If you have other questions about the weekend, visit the FAQ & Support page at http://hardlabor.online for answers to common questions.

We can’t wait to party with you, virtually, this weekend!

See you soon, virtually!
